Movement

We are created to move daily! Studies indicate that movement helps us heal and stay fit. We all need to move. However one type of movement may serve you more during one phase of life than another.

 

Thus, depending on what is going on internally in your body and what your health goals are does impact how fast, how far, what intensity will serve you well. Health coaching will help determine what kind of movement will serve you well for the moment you are in.
