A healthy gut is foundational to wellness and an unhealthy gut or digestive system will lead to disease. But it’s hard to know what is normal, what signs to look for to determine whether your food is actually serving you well and fueling your body.
Together we can learn signs to look for to determine whether your gut is working well or needs some tender loving care. We can work on determining a food plan to heal your body and a plan to maintain wellness.

Questions to ask yourself:
Do I feel tired after eating instead of fueled and energized?
Does my stomach hurt during and/or between meals?
Is it hard to fall asleep well at night?
Do I wake up through the night?
Do I have food cravings that aren’t satisfied unless I give in?
Do I have an autoimmune disease?
Do I have blood sugar issues?
Do I have excessive gas and/or belching?
