This is a package tailored to moms and their babies, children, and families. It consists of 4-7 moms who will meet in person or virtually to discuss customizable topics chosen by each group. Cindy will lead training on the topic and guide discussion and personal goal setting. This group meets 2 times/month for 3-6 months. $15/session per person.
